Goluban was arrested by the end of last November and following judge decision of Zagreb County Court detained for a month because of potential repeating his actions.

The Attorney Office charged Goluban with serious threats and law anticipates jail sentence from six months to 5 years. His situation is even more serious as the Attorney Office considered his threats against Leković to be crime of hate.

After receiving the information about Goluban being detained due to his text messages Leković made a statement saying ''it is not about him or the detained person; the real problem is escalation of hate speech and threats''. He considered ''some politicians and so called journalists'' to be ''main generators'' of that situation.
