VEM Forum: Hate speech creates atmosphere that makes impossible to be possible
Key topic of Forum entitled „Hate speech and responsibility of media – from freedom of speech to violation of law“ was „Where does freedom of speech end and hate speech begin?“ Forum was organized by Electronic Media Council and it was held at the Journalist Building. Generally, hate speech is still „hard to catch“ and because of that it is very dangerous for healthy democracy, especially as it might create atmosphere where certain behaviors, previously impossible, turns into possible. That was conclude after Forum discussion.
